Late 16th/early 17th century, small 3-storey, roofless rubbletower house with later rear (north) projecting square stair
tower partially masking NE corbelled bartizan with diminutive
nailhead decorative detailing at base. Crowsteps and end stacks.
Small rear courtyard to north with high coped rubble walls and round-headed arched entrance with worn moulded sandstone jambs.
Circa 1800 2-storey, irregular 3-bay east-facing house linked
to earlier building by short single storey passage. Later
entrance in extreme left of east front, with later small
bipartite to right (possibly blocking original doorway).
12-pane glazing; end and ridge stacks; Caithness slate roof.
Interior in very poor condition.
Staircase with Caithness slate treads.
